6. Retention of your personal data
6.1 Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for us to do so. We are required by law to retain accurate records of financial transactions for six years. We will retain your personal data relating to invoices and quotations for at least six years. If you cease trading with us we will securely dispose of your personal data when six years has passed after the end of the financial year in which you ceased trading with is. We will retain your data while you trade with us.
6.2 Accuracy
Please inform us at the earliest convenience if the data we hold for you is wrong or out of date. We will update the data we retain if you tell us it is in wrong or out of date. We will delete out of date data.
